Returns Policy for Shipments
You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery. The repayment value will be the value of your buying without the taxes and shipping charges. In case, if the return is due to an error on our part, the total amount as paid by you, including the shipping charges will be repaid. The reason for the error will be analyzed and assessed by us and the result by us will be final. Our decision to decide whether to give repayment or not will be required of you. You should expect to receive your refund within seven days of receiving your return to us, though we will make all efforts to refund you earlier. This time period includes the transfer time for us to receive and process your return. Please note, in some conditions, dependent on your bank, it may take additional time for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy
We can ship to almost any address in Dubai. Anyhow, if our logistic service provider is unable to reach the products to you, we will not be able to deliver the products to you and in which case, the money will refund in full, to your address at Dubai.
